Hatha Yoga class offers a gentle and balanced approach to the practice, focusing on harmonizing the body, mind, and breath. Each session typically begins with centring and breath-work, followed by postures (asanas) held for a few breaths to encourage flexibility, strength, and relaxation. The slower pace allows practitioners to tune into their body’s alignment and sensations. The class concludes with guided relaxation, meditation, balance, and strength promoting mental clarity and inner peace.
